 | Kevin Viol - (Harvey Grossman / Winston Thomas). A self-described "all around creative guy", Kevin Viol is proud to wear many hats in Chicago's arts and entertainment communities. A Jeff-nominated stage actor, he has appeared in many productions with Shattered Globe, TUTA and Victory Gardens theaters. He has also appeared in the locally made independent films The Minx, RiffRaff and

 | Hector Reyes - (Michael Sanchez / Ramblin' Miguel). Hector Reyes has been in and out of the Chicago Improv scene since 1998 and has performed in such venues as iO and The Playground. He recently took up acting and was trained in the Meisner Technique by Kathy Scambiatterra at The Artistic Home. He has also trained in Mime with The Mime Company under Amanda Brown as well as clown with 500clown under Molly Brennan. He is honored and excited to be involved with this project. |
 | Jesse Wheeler - (Jerry) Actor and singer Yishai Dunia (Jesse Samba Wheeler) is a native of Hyde Park, Chicago, and has worked everywhere from New Hampshire to the Amazon. In the movie, Jerry is a documentary film-maker pretending to be an ethnomusicologist. Jesse actually IS an ethnomusicologist; he received his PhD in the field from UCLA.

 | Robyn Pennacchia - (Bonnie) In Chicago, Robyn Pennacchia is best known as the vivacious host of The Burlington's "Sunday Night Sex Show", where she answers love life questions from the audience and presents humorous, sex-themed readings by local writers. In a previous life she played bass in a riot grrrl band and she is currently pursuing a Master's in Fiction Writing from Columbia College.

 | Paul Perroni - (Harry Mutosaw) Formerly a class President at Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock, Arkansas, Paul Perroni has taken the world of Chicago theater by storm. In recent years he has starred in dozens of local productions, including the forthcoming The Pillowman at Redtwist Theatre. But you probably know him as the jumpsuited mechanic-looking guy in those Wendy's commercials.

 | Jon Langford - (himself) Originally the drummer for the punk band The Mekons, formed at the University of Leeds in 1977, Jon Langford later took up the guitar as other band members left. Since the mid-1980s he has been one of the leaders in incorporating folk and country music into punk rock. Over the years, he has released a number of solo recordings as well as recordings with other bands outside of The Mekons, most notably the Waco Brothers . Since 2005 he has been one of the hosts of a weekly radio program, "The Eclectic Company," broadcast on WXRT 93.1 FM in Chicago. He's also a regular contributor to This American Life. jonlangford.de

 | Suzy Brack - (herself) Suzy Brack has been acting and singing on stages from medicine shows in the South to electronica in New York City to outdoor theatres in Siberia but formed The New Jack Lords to combine her love of exotic stage shows and high-energy power pop with a punk edge. Of the band's many accolades, being voted "Best Dressed" at Liverpool's Cavern Club during the IPO/Matthew Street Fest remains one of their favorites. So whether it's a performance at Northalsted Market Days in Chicago's Boystown, a science-fiction convention in the hinterlands, or the Kidzapalooza Stage at Lollapalooza, Suzy Brack & The New Jack Lords create a non-stop party that's a feast for the eyes and an unstoppable impulse for the feet. myspace . |

Michael Smith received a BA from Columbia College in Chicago in 2000 and an MA from Humboldt State University in California in 2004. In addition to directing numerous short films on 16mm and digital video, he wrote and directed the Chicago-shot no-budget DV feature "The Minx" in 2006. He has seen over 60 Bob Dylan concerts. |  | | Adam Selzer - co-author Adam Selzer is the author of How To Get Suspended and Influence People (Random House 2007), Pirates of the Retail Wasteland (Random House 2008), and other subversive books for young readers, as well as a couple of true crime books and the forthcoming Smart Aleck's Guide to American History. He works as a Chicago historian by night and knew more murder ballads than anyone in his high school, where he wrote the earliest drafts of At Last, Okemah in the late 1990s. |
